  1. Prepare 1 kg makai / corn - grated
  2. Make ready 1 litre milk - lukewarm
  3. Take 1 tspoon jeera
  4. Get 2 tablespoon desi ghee
  5. Take Salt as per taste
  6. Take 5/6 garlic cloves finely chopped
  7. Get 5/6 green chillies finely chopped
  8. Get 1/4 bowl coriander leaves finely chopped

Instructions to make Makai Dano:

  3. Here it can be seen that the Dano is ready as it has already left the edges to stick. Now remove in serving bowl by adding coriander leaves and eat hot in this cold weather.
