  3. Now take half dough of refined flour and with roller make round shape like chapati. Add a layer of this potato stuffing evenly on chapati. You can also apply green chutney on top of this potato stuffing layer.
  4. Now roll this stuffing based chapati as a cylindrical tube and cut it's pieces in round wheel form
  5. Pinwheel samosa are ready to serve with tamarind chutney and green coriander chutney
