- Boil water in a vessel apply oil to sieve then keep the prepared momos on them
- Keep this sieve on the boiling water vessel cover with lid steam for 10 to 12 minutes on medium flame
- They look transparent and turn off white in colour once done
- Serve hot with momos chutney or any other chutney
