Momos can be steamed as well as deep fried. We prefer steaming over deep-frying because when you steam a momo, it makes for a healthy as well as a luscious mouthful of goodness.   8. Into a blender add tomatoes along with it's remaining water, peanuts mixture garlic cloves and blend it into a small paste.
  9. Serve this chutney with Momos.
