  2. Turn the gas off and strain it.Let the water drain off on it's own for a few mins, and remove the excess water by squeezing out.That will leave the Chenna dry but we need it little dry.
  3. Pulse it in the mixie for 2-3 secs..that should make it soft.Add the thandai syrup little by little.then knead with hands.
  4. Divide it into five equal parts.
  5. In a small bowl mix the syrup of stuffing and crushed chikki.
  6. Make balls same no's as the Chenna balls.Cover each stuffing ball with Chenna with a very neat and smooth finish.
  7. Roll this ball on a plate filled with dryfruit slivers /doodh ka masala,so it's coated nicely…Plate it and decorate however you like!!
